Gallery 2 FFmpeg Problem

Hi,
I Love this host and want to say thanks

I installed Galler2 and wantet to configure FFmpeg but I just get error logs.

Does anybody know, where ffmpeg is installed, if it's iinstalled?
If ffmpeg is not installed, is it possible to install it on this Server.

I'm asking because this server has all the feetures only paid host have, so maybe this one too.

nope dun think ffmpeg is installed cos i tried using the same script u had before on this server...
there's also a problem using the thumbnailer as the script uses the exec() command which u can only get PHP Level 3

is there any possiblity to us/install ffmpeg?

if you need that exec() command for your script to work, you have to request for the upgrade stating proper reason. only the top level admin will view the application and respond you.
