Gallery Error

Hi..
I getting a wierd error when i try to upload a picture to my Gallery..
(i have make new instalation of Coppermine Photo Gallery and it still dosent work).
-Error message:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

- And here is message from my error log:

Hi..
I have open this thread becouse i have still one problem.
Now when i start to upload a picture to the gallery then it shows me a blank page and nothing happenz..

-Here is the status from my error log:
