Gambling articles on Ezinearticles.com

I know some topics are not allowed on the adsense PPC.

How is it that Ezinearticles have articles related to gambling and yet they are the No.1 article directory online?

Don't you think they are breaking Adsense TOS rules.
I just had to delete this category from my article directory.
If there are any more you think is against adsense rules, please let me know.

It seems Ezinearticles can have content which is against adsense TOS such as gambling, but not the average Joe!

I'd imagine it has something to do with a) they're not promoting any specific gambling products or businesses and b) they aren't ONLY doing gambling articles.

I had to look up what adsense was. Seems like a neato thing if I was thinking about going commercial.

Google seems to be doing partiality. They Condoned website with high traffic but they never excuse website doing poor performance.
