I ban smith6612 because I helped my aunt yesterday with a computer problem over the Internet.. She's a 5 hour drive away. (Remote Assistance FTW.)

I ban alexandgruntz because I was fixing computers yesturday too. I was at a relative's house who had just gotten Verizon FiOS (Fiber Optic Internet) installed and they wanted me to clean up their computer. Well, it needed more than a cleaning, it needed a reset of the registry and it needed to be updated big time, and viruses, spyware and stuff was all over the place. Plus the computer needed a defrag as since the drive was clustered in data all over the place, his HDD couldn't seek and write data fast enough to the scattered free space so his RAM filled up and his DL speed slowed down because of that. Now, his drive can handle 20Mbps worth of download. His 5Mbps upload is no problem for it.
