  We do not allow any type of script that automates actions on websites such as Facebook, Twitter, or 3rd party games.
  

I just wanted clarification on this. Can I host a web site for users to download a game mod? The mod will not be running on the server.

The only worry there is if the mod is more than 10mb:

• File Storage
  Hosting accounts may not be used to store backups, personal files, or non-web accessible files. Any files hosted on the account must be directly related to the website the account is intended for. Files over 10MB in size will be automatically removed from non-upgraded accounts.

That having been said, the Bots\Game Scripts rule is not meant to block users downloading mods, it's meant for stuff like Roblox bots, Facebook autoposters, GalaxyTool (which is for a browser-based game called OGame), and other scripts that automate actions on external sites. As long as the mod is under 10MB you're fine.
