Can you please clarify your question? What do you mean by game site?

If you are trying to host a game arcade, is it allowed if and only if you own the copyrights to the games. In addition, the TOS states that flash arcades are limited to 1 GB of storage for the game files.

Well i do own some of the games and other are feed from mochigames where i do own an account to publish games.
