Giving us +4 would not work because if there were just 1 player from each side going back and forth for a while, team b would win. When they're even, 1 player can at least hold the score steady for a little while.

Yea, the point was to give Team A a disadvantage so there's a more likely chance that Team B would win for a change. Also because pretty much the only real active members of this game are mostly on Team A.
