Hey i got a copy of gamesitescript v5 so i was thinking if it's allowed on this webhosting. i will ofc not remove the copyright or anything on the flash games but i have the right to use them on my site.

As long as you purchased it from the original creators site http://gamesitescript.com, then it will be ok. The beta version 5 is no longer in effect and it should be a purchased version 4.5.

can i still use gss5 i does not have v4.5 and i need some more money before i can buy it.

If you helped beta version 5, then you should also have received the released version 4.5 for your help (as it's detailed from the link to those forums you gave). The only legal version now is the paid version 4.5. Version 5 doesn't exist as free anymore. If you upload version 5, then you'll have a version made illegal since the beta period was done since the development of that version has already been done with months ago.
