Hmm sorry that website design looks incredibly similar to the numerous get rich quick scam sites I've seen out there and I usually don't trust any site that looks like that, even if it is genuine (unless its verified by well known reputable sources).

I agree.
But regardless, they got some php showing; short tags (i.e. <? ?> instead of <?php ?>) appear to be off.
