So this is just a way to artificially inflate your visitor numbers? Is there any real point to it? They will only being visiting your site in order to get traffic to their own site, not because they are interested in it. So you're not likely to get any clicks on your ads.

It works but if you have google adsense on your website i think they can suspend your account.
I sow on a similar site that gives free traffic for surfing that is not wise to use it if you have adsense because the google policy dosn`t approve that kind of traffic.
