Get SSL to site

I created a new site today and I want to know how I can get the certificate SSL... to have 'https' instead of 'http'

Can you help me?

SSL certificate is not allowed on freepages. To work around this you will need to use Cloudfare, see your c-Panel.

What did it cost you to use Cloudfare?.. couldn't see anything about pricing on their main page.
