This is a pretty old thread.You have just activated it.Probably the owner is not looking at this.
But anyways, co.cc works similar to any top level domain .But GOogle and other search engines consider co.cc with a lower & meaner way than .com domains.
Its up to the user to decide if he is going to use the co.cc (which is technically a subdomain) instead of a toplevel domain.

The reason is that you installed site on http://devb.x10.mx/newbb/
The database is making every link based on http://devb.x10.mx/newbb/ domain info and not on http://dev-info.co.cc url.
Hence check for devb.x10.mx/newbb/ in the database and replace it with dev-info.co.cc to get it correctly.

co.cc is not free domain its subdomain, free domain is at dot.tk and this host suck :mad:

Yes you are correct.Technically, co.cc is a subdomain and dot.tk is a TLD.I am currently collecting information free domain providers like these.
I see you are angry with something..what happened? Did you say that dot.tk is bad or were you mentioning about X10?

Another way to get a free ccTLD is off of the cz.cc registrar. just visit CloudFlare Website.

All in all there are several services that are FREE that will enable the use of Domain's in conjunction with hosting services like X10Hosting, IMHO X10 is by far the best out there, well worth becoming "enlightened" (Really Cheap "bonus" hosting package with tonnes of added features: Faster Serviers and priority resource usage, Perl ++ etc.)
