getmypid() disabled?

I'm trying to install wordpress and I can't get an auto generated password when I install. I see that that php code is disabled on x10 and I'm wondering if there is a workaround. Here is the message:

getmypid() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/jenny82/public_html/wp-includes/class-phpass.php on line 52
