Can anyone tell me why i am getting this?
[h=1]403 Permission Denied[/h]An issue with file permissions for the requested file prevented this page from displaying. [h=3]Common reasons for this error:[/h]
I have checked the file and folder permissions 3 times now and they are all set right yet I still get this error.
Any help would be great

- The file or directory has permissions too low: Files should be 0644, directories 0755.
- Directory listing of the requested directory is disabled.
