Getting 403 Forbidden error on my site.

Good day to all.

I am able to log into Cpanel but cannot access my site, cscrov.x10.mx.

I get the following error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Edit: Additionally, the error log shows the following entry, among others similar to it:

[Thu Feb 05 16:22:23.060045 2015] [access_compat:error] [pid 7322:tid 139695119841024] [client 12*.5*.**.9*:**00*] AH01797: client denied by server configuration: /home/cscrovx1/public_html/

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi cscrovx1,

Your connection is being blocked because your IP address is listed on a spamlist due to suspicious connections. Are you currently using a VPN or proxy?

Thanks for the reply, Dead-i. No I am not using a VPN or proxy, only my home internet connection. It wasn't like this a few days ago.

Edit: I can access it properly now.
