Getting 404 error page when i load my site !

Hello guys, do any one have this issue today ?... am getting an 404 error page. But all the files are available inside public_html . No files are missing. But still am getting this message.. can anyone help me.. waiting for reply...thnx

It seems that this is a server side issue, not your fault. I'm getting someone from IRC to come escalate this.
