Also, attempts to upload files via FTP are resulting in errors stating that the operating system is read-only. Same read-only results when attempting to delete files from the server via FTP. I need this fixed ASAP.
I have never experienced the problems I'm having here with any other web host. I've been considering upgrading to a premium account, but I don't trust your service at this point.
I'd close my account and move to another host if my site wasn't currently being held captive.
If there's anyone out there that has a premium account, I'd love to hear from you about the speed and reliability of the paid service.
