Getting 503 errors ONLY on certain pages

not sure whats going on though after a short search of the forums, I see this may be related to a server issue... the files are there (uploaded via FTP) and its odd because some pages work but some give a 503 error .... http://xmetalfanx.x10.mx is the site and mainly I am seeing this problem on the Windows side of my site ( http://xmetal.x10.mx/windowsHQ/index.php for example if you click the "security" menu item it works and goes to the page ... if you click any of the others, it gives a 503 error... not sure whats going on ... if it's a server issue or (I am pretty sure its not on my end) something weird going on with my code when I upload the page

sorry about that ... turns out it was extra code I thought I had removed on my end ... If I could remove this thread I would ... rather not clutter up the forum boards here ... sorry again
