Getting a HTTP 500 error when I try to access my Wordpress Dashboard...

Does anyone know what this is about? I'm assuming it's a server thing since I can login successfully, just can't actually access the my Wordpress dashboard without getting that error page. I was successfully inside and then when I added a new plugin suddenly I can't access it.

I appreciate any help. The website itself is fine and accessible.

I am facing similar issue. I created a new Wordpress install and the frontpage doesn't render properly. wp-admin is inaccessible.
