Getting Access Denied error on PhPMyAdmin page

Hello,

I am trying to upload one of my applications to x10Hosting. I have created a CPanel account and after going through documentation I created Database and its User. Then, linked user to database and gave it full rights.

However, when i try to create tables by logging into PhPMyAdmin. It gives error as
"Wrong username/password. Access denied."

I went through similar posts in its forum but none of resolution seemed working for me.
Please help me if it requires any configuration changes. If it requires then please let me know the filename and its location.

I desperately need to make my application functional before end of May 2010. Please help me to resolve it.

Where exactly goes phpMyAdmin gives you the Wrong username/password. Access denied error?

Once clicking on PMA(PhPMyAdmin) icon on Home page of CPanel, a new page flashes in with message the you shall be redirected in few moments. After approx. 15-20 seconds, the Error page is displayed with the Access denied message.

What i presume is when PhP is trying to login to database it does with UName as root and without password in default manner. I am not aware of configuration file in CPanel, hence have not done any configurations. However, according to CPanel, every databse user must have a password. And since config is not done it might be giving the error. Now, if my analysis is correct then please help me with path of the configuration file.

The CPanel that i can see has CPanel Accelerated 2 in the header image. (This is just in case there is difference in Version being used.)

If i have no followed steps correctly then please provide me correct and detailed steps that needs to be followed.
