Getting annoyed...

3 times my site has gone down in the past hour, the first time I can understand it said that:
Username: chappill
Reason: Illegal MP3 Streaming
Suspension lift on: Undefined
the above was the reason I was banned, yes that was a mistake I don't have any MP3's or videos on my site that got sorted.
Then the second time about 5 minutes after:
Username: chappill
Reason: High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 30 minutes.
Suspension lift on: 26/08/2008
That was sorted in half an hour, I then thought yay sorted and I can go again, but no >.<
Third time:
Username: chappill
Reason: High server resource usage detected. Account will automatically be unsuspended in 45 minutes.
Suspension lift on: 26/08/2008
Happens and that is yet to be lifted.
Me ish not happy and not understanding why this is happening...

Wooo its gone again >.<

Why is this happening?!? No-ones telling me anything...

To have your account unsuspended, create a thread on the forums.
WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ANY ONE???

What scripts are you running? Are you doing anything when it suspends you?
