getting domain name not used message

I'm sorry, but where is the "domain name not used" message? The message that you copied and pasted is from the default index.html that's included in all new hosting accounts. You have to delete this index.html and upload your own. You can do this at any time, just like the message said.

its solved.
But got a new error.
I have change my domain name to genxspirit.co.cc but it is showing server error. My another website also has same problem. Please resolve this.

When you look at the address bar, it says default web page. This will show up until the system syncs up with your new domain name in your cPanel so it'll know what to display. Clear your browser's cache before checking on it.
