Getting Error Message when trying to access CPANEL

Hello guyz i got and an error when i tried to access my cpanel.
The error looks like:-

Internal Server Error

Died at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Hulk.pm line 92.

cpsrvd/11.24 Server at lotus.x10hosting.com
Please guyz sovle this problem as soon as possible.

same here getting an internal server error 500

the page also seems to be very slow. It need minutes to load.

This answer means that the brute force protection has failed to function correctly and likely crashed.. I suggest submitting a ticket or waiting for it to be fixed..
