getting error on accessing my website / hosted on your server

Hello admin
i have a problem using my website, if you can make it correct please
here is the error i got. by opening my admin page.

404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:
www.buddiestown.com/admin (port 80)
Please forward this error screen to www.buddiestown.com's WebMaster

and by opening homepage i am getting this error.
