Getting into x10

Hello to all,

Just joined and got my hosting account created. But I'm confused a bit about password. I received two emails for forum and hosting accounts as well. Both emails came with a message "Forum Password: Same as your x10Hosting account". But I'm not sure if I have ever created my own password! Can anyone please explain? Thanks

Hello again,

Managed to get the password for hosting and forum. I've just added a new domain and installed wordpress blog in it. But I need to change the name server in my domain account. But don't what is the name server of x10hosting. Anyone here to answer this? else I would have to disturb the ticketing staffs. :smile:

ns2.x10hosting.com

thank you carl, I set it after finding the name server information few hour back. But it is not working. I'm not sure where the problem is. confused..........

I am able to view your website.
WordPress installation that seems to be mis-configured in some way.
If you are unable to view your site at all trying clearing your browser cache.
If you need assistance with some other issue post back and explain the problem in more detail.
