getting suspended reports everal times a day

im using the ad free hosting package and in the past two weeks,i get suspended for at least 5 times a day due to High server resource usage.

Are you doing anything on the site when it happens? What scripts are you using? We need a bit more information to help resolve this issue.

as soon as i login to my cpanel,i get suspended.i am using phpld script in my website...

Can you post here next time it happens along with the time so I can check the logs?
