getting: System.DllNotFoundException: gdiplus.dll

1 week ago i setted up my web here
i uploaded my asp.net 3.5 files to the public html dir
when i surf do the main page Index.aspx i get the following error:
Server Error in '/' Application
gdiplus.dll
Description: HTTP 500. Error processing request.
Stack Trace:
System.DllNotFoundException: gdiplus.dll
at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Drawing.GDIPlus:GdiplusStartup (ulong&,System.Drawing.GdiplusStartupInput&,System .Drawing.GdiplusStartupOutput&)
at System.Drawing.GDIPlus..cctor () [0x00000] in <filename unknown>:0

ASP.NET is run through the mono project. Here's a tutorial on how to get it to work at x10hosting. http://x10hosting.com/forums/tutorials/102062-how-get-asp-net-work-x10hosting.html
