getting the url

I uploaded an image on my webpage but i can't seem to get the url so i can give it to someone
I know the lower left hand corner i see something but that is not what i need. usually when i upload i see the url near the empty trash icon How can i get the url?

http://yourdomainname.com/path/to/the/image/file


the /path/to/the/image/file represents the folders in the public_html

ex:

If you have avatar.jpg image in an pics folder in public_html then the path will be http://yourdomain.com/pics/avatar.jpg
