Incredible that I now have a free web site through X10. I hope the organization keeps going. So far I am truely impressed, especially the way it is set up for self help. I can see so much to learn here, and the cooperative approach is my ideal approach to complex systems like this.

I'll be able to cancel my $10/month bill to InReach for two email accounts once I get a resolution to the question I have in with support regarding this e-mail problem: Sending from x10-account always fails with these messages

From Squirrel:
"Authentication required 530 Relaying not allowed - sender domain not local"

From Outlook Express 6:
<nick@dreyer.x10hosting.com>: host dreyer.x10hosting.com[216.245.205.66] said:
530 Relaying not allowed (enable smtp authentication on your email client)
(in reply to RCPT TO command)

No doubt some basic configuration error I am missing, so I fully exect to be doing all my online work through X10 very soon.

What a great discovery!

Nick

I think, you should have posted this in "Free Hosting" section.

BTW, I would recommend you to get the configuration settings from cPanel -> Email Accounts page and configure your Outlook. That works like a charm.
