Well thats slightly different to the global crossing issue, however, the result is the same. If you arent sure how far down the route its got, compare it to tracert to stoli.x10hosting.com

I changed your account IP address to: 74.86.133.219.
This will fix the issue. You may need to wait some time for it to propagate/update.
