If this offer is expired, you can still get a top level domain for free if you have a credit card. See Corey's other thread here ;

At Go Daddy, you'll need to set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

Then you'll need to come back here and then I've just written how to set up a domain in this post - http://forums.x10hosting.com/free-hosting/95296-how-change-main-domain-cpanel.html - follow that.
