Godaddy Domain, can not addon the Domain

Hello all,

I have read about the new ticket system but as right now my account portal seems to be down, so just trying me luck really.

I am having the same issue as described in this post

I am trying to use addon domain in cpanel

I have a godaddy domain "josephstranger.com" and over 24 hours ago i set the nameservers to x10s

Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your name servers are set to:
NS1.X10hosting.com
NS2.X10hosting.com

It may take up to 48 hours to update. (Usually only takes a few hours.)

If the problem still persist, it can be the DNS problems due to the server upgrades, X10hsoting is currently doing.

If it doesn't work within 48 hours of changing your DNS servers, then I suggest you open a support ticket.

Thanks for the response Alex,

tha nameservers are set as you said, however godaddy seems to capitilise them, is this a problem, are they case sensitive? i am guessing not as there seems no way to change it on godaddy. And also i did manage to file a ticket eventually.
