Google Apps domain issues

I have purchased a domain through google apps to use with x10. I followed the directions I found to forward the dns ns records from godaddy to x10, and have set up the necessary cname records here in cpanel. This was all within the last 2 days. Today I logged on, and everything seems to be working(cname records are forwarding to google correctly, and nslookup shows the stoli ip), except that the website displayed is /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I would appreciate any assistance.

Everything appears to be working correctly, but the system is still giving the default page. I'm going to escalate this ticket so that a staff member can evaluate the situation.
