Hi Friends I need some help with configuring my email for Google apps . I want to host site here need to setup MX and cname entry at my myorderbox account . i don't want to use cpanel MX option . anyone can help me with this ?

Yes. You can edit your CNAME & MX Entries by requesting in Upgrades/Downgrades/Changes Forum.

Or

You can use a Free DNS Management Service like ZoneEdit

Or

Buy Managed DNS Service to edit your Zone by yourself.

I have already purchased Managed DNS service and pointed MX entry and cname and changed name servers as per my service activation mail , but still its not working. Also added an A record that point to 74.86.133.24

Web Hosting
- Login to your cPanel.
- Get the Shared IP Address of your server.
- Create A record for *.yourdomain.<ext> that points to that IP Address

MX & CNAME Entries
- Google will take some time to verify your domain and activate your Short URLs. (CNAME)
- Google will notify you after Email Service is activated for your domain. (MX - Mail)

yes I added A record to 74.86.133.24

its more than 4 days without no help with MX and CNAME ,mail service already activated ( coz I used cpanel MX option for first 2days)

Problem is with your DNS Host.

Contact them to resolve this issue on your Zone.

Thanks for the support. I moved my DNS hosting to everydns.net
