Hi, i'm new to x10, signed up as free member to evaluate the service before signing up as premium member. After creating account, I signed in, and got the error message below. Thinking it must be some kind of mistake seeing as I just signed up 10 seconds ago. I went through the sign-up process for a second time, and for the second time I got the below error message when trying to login.
- I just signed up today so I couldn't be inactive
- I read the Terms before signing up so I'm pretty sure thats not it
- I never had the chance to request for deletion
- I clicked the verification link that was e-mailed to me, and still got this error.
Domain username I selected was TheLMSGame (thelmsgame.x10.mx). I don't recall anything in terms that would make that username a violation. Unless the system is setup to automatically delete any account using "game" in its username. It's not like a rpg or anything, just a simple html script (nothing that put any load on the server though), you can try it yourself @ http://www.TheLMSGame.com if you want to know more.
