Got Some Problems Int my account

I was configuring a addon domain and suddenly there was a power cut.. when i rebooted my PC and i found that the add on domain is configured but its not Listed.

i mean that its still showing me 0/2 addon domains..
I need you to reset my account or delete and recreate my account.
Pleeeeeez help me soonest

Yea its Loading.. But its not configured into cPanel
and i cant install any script from softaculous on this domain

simply.. its configured but not listed into cPanel

I'd suggest installing whatever it is you wanted to install manually for now. The escalation system isn't working at the moment, so it'd be difficult to take further action on the server side.

i tried it.. but it fails.. gives error: 404 not found

can u delete my account and recreate it?

It's not the only solution, but I can do it. Complete this form (copy and paste) with your cPanel username and the X where indicated, and I'll terminate it straight away.

Yes, you can use all the same details. Just wait for me to tell you it's terminated before you sign up again.
You'd need to go through the account panel, click "Hosting" in the header bar, and follow the link on the page to create the account. It'll then re-add it to your forum/client account.

i am getting this now..
