Got suspended for unclear reason

I submitted a request to get my storage bumped and soon after I got an email notifying me that my account has an administrative suspension so 2 questions:

1. What could be the reason for that
2. What information should I put in my appeal?

It's not. did more research and it could be because I had a website security script running.

I am even more confused now. The website is now accessible but reverted to an old version..

Solved via dispute and unsuspended (long story short, domain confusion with two hosts led me to think something happened that actually didn't )
