Got suspended [xo2]

I got suspended without any reason from x10hosting two times. Please let me know if there are some files which are creating issue? I really don't know what is the issue.
I appealed already 1 time and i got unsuspended within few minutes but again the account got suspended after 1 hour.

I'm still working on this per the dispute you put in; something was causing a false positive that I thought I fixed the first time, but it immediately came back and did it again. I'm still investigating, but I've lifted the suspension to try the latest tweak.

Edit: I think this is fixed; I forced a re-scan on the account and it processed without suspending this round. We had made some adjustments to our systems earlier and it got a bit overzealous at first - coupled with a bad malware signature it caused it to resuspend right after unsuspend. This should be good to go; the signature that caused it has been removed.
