Got suspended

My network card was damaged and by the time I got it fixed which was a week ago I got a suspension message on my email kindly asking how to I spend my account

1 st you had an Inactivity Suspension. then account was terminated 2023-02-27
Users are required to sign in every 30 days to avoid the Inactivity Suspension.
then you had an additional 30 days to sign in before termination.

normally after termination there is no files left to obtain.
but only staff or x10 admins can tell you for sure.

you may need to wait a few days for a reply.
