I host a forum here that isn't publicly viewable, apart from one small forum area where you can apply to become a member (ie you must be regged and manually entered into correct member group to see the forum) I could, in theory, allow any language inside the closed forum.
Now I am wondering how you look upon this, the language of the boards interface will always be that of your browser (as long as the language is supported, otherwise it's English). Do you in questionable matters require to get access?
Since my forum is for an alliance in Travian, that could jeopardize the alliance integrity, especially if it turns out you play for our enemies, what would happen if I didn't want to allow access due to this?
Guess the same thing would be a question for any clan/team/alliance forum that aims at a certain online game
