Grant Execute Rights on a Stored Procedure

I am trying to grant execute rights on a stored Procedure I created in mySQL, but it appears I do not have the appropriate rights to grant it. Is there anything special I need to do in order to grant those rights?

Code: GRANT EXECUTE ON PROCEDURE raxdin_eveCorp.sp_updateCharacter TO raxdin_eveCorp
Error: #1370 - grant command denied to user 'raxdin'@'starka.x10hosting.com' for routine 'raxdin_eveCorp.sp_updateCharacter'
