Unfortunately Cloudflare SSL does not work with Paypal ... if you add Let's Encrypt would be really the maximum.

The current setup of x10hosting's free-hosting servers will NOT work with SSL or TSL or SNI (regardless of IP shared or dedicated or what cPanel shows)

A friend of mine sells shirts on his website with PayPal as an option for payment and it just links to https://www.paypal.com/...
You don't need a SSL for that.
