Great part of DB are empty

In the server status i watch this:
Disk /dev/sdb (/home)81 %
But, great part of my database are empty? No posts and great part of the comments are "cleaned" I cant access the wp-admin and i receive this message "can't stablish a conection with the database"

My site is tinosoft.x10.mx
