to post a ticket and i cant login into IRC cause my both ips are banned cause iam

using GPRS connection and mu isp using n open proxy

Have you parked / added your domain into your hosting account ?

As Mark said the server you're on is currently down.

At the moment staff are working on putting the backups up - http://forums.x10hosting.com/server-alerts/95627-lotus-5.html#post526797. You'll just have to be patient I'm afraid.
