Its a Zero Tolerance Suspension and PERMANENT. you will not get back your account

or what can i do to have it back i don t know what happen it seems somebody hacked my account now all my files are lost pls i need at least to be able to take back a backup may i have access to the cpanel at least pls?

No, for this kind of suspension no backups are allowed in any manner.Your account will be terminated automatically
