More than likely not, if the movie download links you're referring to would be to illegal copies of the movies or videos that are in violation of copyright (such as illegal downloads of Mythbusters episodes).
That falls under the Warez: No links, Copyright Infringement, and a few other areas of the TOS.

If you own the copyrights to the movies (as in you're the publisher and distributer) only.
If you aren't, your site runs the very high likelyhood of being permanently suspended. There's been more than a few that've popped up that have been taken down.

Copyright means the legal owner of the movie.
In the case of your site though, it's gunna be a bit before you'd have to worry:
"violation of x10hosting's terms of service - illegal content detected on hosting account. details: nulled scripts are prohibited on x10hosting's servers." <-- thats your current suspension reason; you violated the copyright on some script that you decided to upload, so the account got suspended permanently.
I would head over to google and do some research on what copyright is if you have any more questions; it's a complicated legal term that boils down to "The owner," but there's more you'll wanna do some looking into for sure.

That sites may be Warez sites or Underground Sites and they are all responsible for that and might be paid or their own servers ,who knows .But here you are using free and X10 has its own TOS
