Your suspension can be removed if you disable the VPN/Proxy when attempting to login; Inactivity, which is what the account is currently suspended for, does not require a dispute at all. There's a button to automatically unsuspend once you login; if we lift the suspension now, there's a very high chance it would simply resuspend as the account hasn't been logged into within 30 days.
