Has my account been deleted?

I think my hosting account has been deleted? Could someone please verify this? My Cpanel username was ugnip and i used the domain www.energymeltdown.co.uk . My account had been suspended due to inactivity and I did post to ask to be unsuspended but I don't know if it was within the 10 days. If it has been deleted is there anyway of retrieving the files?

If it has been longer than 24 days then there is no way to get those files. Let me look into your account and see what i can find out. Were you on adenhanced or adfree?


Well after doing some research i do not find that cpanel name account on adfree or adenhanced. I am assuming it has been terminated.

Sorry after 24 days they are automatically terminated. All files get deleted to keep the server free of unused files.
