Has my FTP Been brute forced?

my website had a number of bots coming from china, i fear they may of been trying to bruteforce my FTP. can a staff member of X10 check my directory. i woke up to find that my main pc that i use filezilla on to access my forums files has been bricked basically, theres a registry error that doesn't even allow windows to boot, and i fear there may have been something to do with it. thanks!

I can't see any suspicious recent activity on your main FTP account (last accessed September 5th), and your site doesn't seem to be showing any obvious signs of being compromised.
